I called in asking for help about my account. A service rep name "Cantrell ext 4347" refused to transfer me directly to a supervisor to help me on my service issue and transfered me to a non service hour extension that disconnected me.
"Cantrell" was A worst customer service rep and she gave attitudes when talking to me and keep trying to hung up the phone so she didn't have to help you. I filed a complaint to TIME WARNER
and hope they reviewed this. People like Cantrell made TW look horrible in customer eyes. This person should not deserve a valuable job as a customer service rep like others wanted.
This person should go flip the dam burger and not having to heal w/ customer but burgers.
GOOD LUCK getting FIRED!!!
