Time Warner NY/NJ area did not install and connect me correctly so for 4 months when the wind blew or snow days, I had no phone, TV and Internet for 6 to 24 hours almost every 10 days.Over 4 months of calls, hours on the phone, stood up 2 times by repairman...I cancelled.

They talked good but did not deliver. After this, I had to drive miles to return equipment before service could be cancelled. The communication industries need to be challenged by consumers. Start to demand from the FED.

communication bureau, NO MORE CONTRACTS, no cancellation fees and higher quality services. We should pay only for services, NOT business alimony i.e. cancellation of services.

Marriage is a contract we are being forced to marry businesses!
