Regularly Time Warner interrupts my viewing of a channel that i already pay for in order for me to buy a more expensive package. I call customer support but no one can give me a rational explanation and I just get the instructions to reboot my cable box.

This happens every few weeks which is totally unacceptable.

Time Warner does whatever they want as they have a monopoly in building here in Manhattan. We see no signs at all of them rectifying the issues no matter how many times we report them.

Product or Service Mentioned: Time Warner Cable Tv Package.

Reason of review: bait and switch on packages.

Preferred solution: stop blocking a service that has been paid for in order to sell a more expensive package. UNACCEPTABLE PRACTICE!!!.

I didn't like: Unacceptable practice to sell more expensive service, Wifi outages, Zero customer service, False promise, Monopoly in my neighborhood.
