went on their website one week it said 34.99 for extreme internet 50 megabytes,then the following week same deal but only 15 mgb instead of 50 ,then they change the name to standard instead of extreme for same deal,when you confront them about all this they first say it's a mistake with the web page, it's really 50 mgb not 15 but they cannot fix it on the webpage,then again they say no it's only 15mgb the next time you ask,very very dishonest,same offer keeps changing terms and name every week,they cannot even write an order correctly ,very *** they do not listen to the customer ,also they make the customer wait all day for call back,at the end i am happy i told them forget it cancel everything,dishonest idiots,attention consumers they will double the price after 12 months do not let them take advantage of you,pay attention to their lies on their website

"Maxx" service areas get faster hsd speeds which means extreme is 34.99 for 50mbps. "Nonmaxx" that teir is called standard and gets 15mbps. Most likely advertisements online will change if you put in your zipcode.
