When there is a storm the equipment stop working and after the storm has passed the equipment still won't work for several days and several attempts to troubleshoot and calls to Customer Service.Finally have to trade out the equipment every time.

Upon cancelation of service TWC basically recused to process the cancellation request and continued to bill for services that were not rendered.

It took 2 months of frequent phone calls and complaints to several people of management status and I had to start cussing them out and threaten to file Fraud charges against them before this any action to resolve this problem was taken.I'm still having a problem with them and trying to charge me for equipment that I have turned in but apparently was not processed correctly.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Time Warner Cable. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $348 and wants Time Warner Cable to offer any options to resolve the issue.
