On not one but two separate occasions I have received calls and voicemails from time warner cable after 9pm. FTC mandates do not permit calls before 8am and after 9pm.
I called to see why this was happening and the girl I spoke to couldn't tell me why it was happening or who I could speak to.
Just said if I opted for their survey I could voice my complaint there. I told the girl that it was fine I'd contact the FTC instead.
